Change in the maximum character level from level 85 to level 99.

A clan can declare war on up to 5 clans. However, there is no limit on how many times a clan can be declared on by other clans.

A Clan War ends automatically 3 weeks (21 days) after it starts and the outcome is then calculated.
After a Clan War ends, neither clan can declare war on each other for a week.
C'est quoi cette merde? En fait c'est pour obliger les gens a pas trop se taper dessus, et leur permettre de réfléchir a si la war vaut vraiment le coup.
La violence c'est mal, mvoyez..
